Slab Cakes
Ideal to feed a big crowd, slab cakes (aka sheet cakes) are a big rectangular shaped cake, weighing a massive 3.2kg, with approx a whopping 60 serves!
Half size slabs also available (approx 30 serves).
These cakes are a fantastic option when you don't need a fancy custom cake.
Slab Cakes are available in two different styles,
either with classic icing swirls & a simple name/message/logo in the centre,
or a deluxe themed design with edible decorations in a theme of your choice (eg. dinosaurs, under the sea, golf etc. )
Flavour Options
A slab cake comprises of one thick cake layer, topped with our delicious buttercream icing & cake topper.
The sides of this cake are naked with only the top of the cake covered in icing.

Sizing & Servings
Full Slab Cakes are approx 40cm x 30cm in length and 5cm thick.
This cake weighs 3.2kg!
Get 60 slices approx per Full Slab
Half Slab Cakes are approx 20cm x 30cm & 5cm thick.
Approx 30 slices approx per Half Slab.
Servings are based on each slice being approx. 2.5cm x 8cm x 5cm
Note: Serving quantities are a guide only, actual servings will depend on how the cake is cut.

All decorations including edible chocolates, lollies, edible images, non-edible decorations, toys, handmade decorations will be chosen by Pipe Dream Cakes to match your theme/colour scheme. Please let us know at time of booking is there is anything you do NOT want on your cake.
