By purchasing from Pipe Dream Cake Toppers, you agree to the following shop policies.
HANDMADE PRODUCTS
All cake toppers are handmade to order. Due to the handmade nature of these items, small variations in colour, size, finish, and alignment may occur. Differences may also appear due to lighting conditions and screen displays.
These minor variations are a normal part of handmade products and are not considered faults.

PERSONALISATION & ORDER DETAILS
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, names, dates, and wording entered at the time of ordering are correct.
Personalised toppers are created exactly as submitted. Pipe Dream Cake Toppers is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect details supplied by the customer.
Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
DESIGN INTERPRETATION
If inspiration images are provided, they will be used as a guide only. The final topper design will reflect the style and creative interpretation of Pipe Dream Cake Toppers.
MATERIALS & PRODUCT NATURE
Cake toppers are decorative items made from craft materials such as acrylic, cardstock, vinyl, wood, adhesives, and support sticks depending on the design.
Unless otherwise stated, cake toppers are not edible and should be removed before serving.
PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
Cake toppers are decorative items and are not intended to be used as toys.
Some toppers may contain small parts, sharp edges, or pointed sticks. Adult supervision is recommended when toppers are used around children.
Pipe Dream Cake Toppers is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use, rough handling, or use outside their intended decorative purpose.
FLAMMABILITY & HEAT WARNING
Cake toppers and their materials may be flammable or may warp or melt when exposed to heat.
Toppers must be kept away from open flames and heat sources including candles, sparklers, lighters, ovens, heat lamps, and hot surfaces.
If candles or sparklers are used on a cake, they must be positioned so flames and heat cannot come into contact with the topper.
Pipe Dream Cake Toppers accepts no liability for damage, injury, or loss caused by heat exposure, flames, candles, sparklers, or other ignition sources.
PROCESSING TIME
All toppers are made to order. Production times may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.
Estimated processing times are provided on product listings or at checkout but may change during busy periods.
Customers are responsible for ordering with sufficient time for both production and shipping.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or another postal carrier.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the postal service and are outside the control of Pipe Dream Cake Toppers.
Pipe Dream Cake Toppers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, weather events, or other external factors.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
Once an order has been lodged with the postal carrier, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
Orders are packaged carefully for shipping. However, postal handling can occasionally cause damage.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Pipe Dream Cake Toppers within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the packaging and damaged item so the issue can be assessed.
Where appropriate, a replacement or remedy may be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the personalised nature of many cake toppers, returns are not accepted for change of mind.
Refunds, replacements, or remedies will only be provided where a product is faulty or not as described, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Normal wear, accidental damage, heat damage, or damage caused by incorrect handling or misuse is not considered a fault.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs created by Pipe Dream Cake Toppers remain the intellectual property of Pipe Dream Cake Toppers.
Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
If customers request designs featuring names, logos, or characters that may be subject to third-party rights, the customer confirms they have permission to use such content.
FORCE MAJEURE
Pipe Dream Cake Toppers is not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling orders due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, equipment failure, extreme weather events, supplier issues, postal disruptions, or government restrictions.
In such situations, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an appropriate solution.
CUSTOMER CONDUCT
Pipe Dream Cake Toppers is committed to providing a respectful experience for all customers.
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. Pipe Dream Cake Toppers reserves the right to cancel any order where such behaviour occurs. Any refund will be considered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
